Author Bio

Kevin is the start-up pastor of Bois D' Arc Creek Cowboy Church in Bonham,  Texas. Gifted as a visual communicator, he utilizes the stories of  everyday life to showcase God. Kevin's passion for Christ and  agriculture began with his farm and ranch upbringing in Oklahoma and  continues today while operating Cross L Cattle Co. in Texas.

Kevin  believes that studying God's word doesn't have to be complicated. God  is all around us each day, especially in agriculture. Kevin writes about  the things he sees and deals with on a daily basis and how they relate  to God. 

As  the author of Rural Route 3:16, Kevin has put together six months of  daily devotionals that relate to the lives of those who live off the  land. Each devotional contains a short scripture verse and a topic from rural life that helps reveal  a truth about God's word. Some of these stories are comical, some are  serious, and some can only be understood by the folks who live and work  out here.
